NONcompanyThe peopleNONcompany is a contemporary theatre company based in Bergen, Norway. In 2001 Lise Risom Olsen gathered a group of people to create a project. Some of us continued to work together under the name NONcompany, and we have created performances since. The group consists of artists with different backgrounds from theatre, performance art, music and visual art. We are a dynamic group in the way that we invite other artists to our projects, from fields that we want to explore or dig deeper into. In our projects we have collaborated with actors, performers, musicians, writers, singers, filmmakers, photographers, designers and many others. NONcompany also creates smaller side projects such as concerts, readings, happenings and smaller performances. This projects are sometimes part of our research, sometimes experiments to try out stuff for bigger projects and sometimes independent creations. ***
